In week 38, measures for urban conflict care are implemented in the public space of Bad Cannstatt. The Berlin-based company Sonder is testing a combination of novel cleaning techniques and aggression-reducing vandalism replica in Stuttgart.

In accordance with the Japanese Sharawadgi, artificial disorder is selectively introduced into the cityscape and spatially limited fine-cleaning measures are carried out in order not to unilaterally solve the conflict-rich balance of mutual disorder and its ordering disturbance that has grown over decades, but to subject it to careful care.
