NEGOCIATE. A lot of people want to have a say when it comes to architecture. In the meantime the architect becomes apparent as somebody mediating, moderation and conducting at the same time.  This Project was planned for 20 fictive building owners. Each of them wrote down a personal room layout. Additionally the public at the building site was asked und their mood and movement was tracked.  The result may be seen not only as a spatial proposal but also and even more as the result of a conversation that never happened. And being much more than a pragmatic fulfillment of various needs, it becomes a psychogram of our uncertain individual convenience.
